1. Who We Are

AdSiftly provides a Google Ads audit SaaS tool for small businesses. Contact: support@adsiftly.com.

2. Data We Collect

  • Google account email — collected via Google OAuth to identify your account and store subscription status.
  • Google Ads campaign data — accessed read-only via the Google Ads API to generate your audit. Includes campaign names, keyword performance, spend, and conversion data.
  • Waitlist email — if you join the waitlist, we store your email to send you early access notifications.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store card details. We receive only subscription status and your email from Paddle.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate and display your Google Ads audit report.
  • To determine your subscription plan and unlock paid features.
  • To send you product updates if you joined the waitlist (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not use your Google Ads data for advertising or training AI models.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your email and subscription status are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud, US region). Google Ads data is fetched live when you run an audit — we do not persistently store your campaign data. Access tokens are stored in short-lived httpOnly cookies (1 hour for access token, 30 days for refresh token).

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth & Ads API — for authentication and read-only campaign data access.
  • Firebase / Google Cloud — for database storage.
  • Paddle — for payment processing, subscription management, and tax compliance (acts as Merchant of Record).

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@adsiftly.com. You can revoke Google Ads access at any time via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies to store your authentication tokens. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
